Poker Settings Hand History

 

Viewing Hands on the Table

Players can review the results of the last 10 hands they were dealt into via our on-table Hand History (HH) Viewer.

 

Accessing the Hand Viewer on desktop/computer

Click the HH icon next to the table name in the top left corner of the table:

 

 

Accessing the Hand Viewer on a mobile

First, tap the Hero Menu icon:

Then, tap the Hand History icon:

 



 

Requesting Hand History files

Hand history files are available upon request via the Poker Settings area in the app: Poker Settings > Hand History

 

 

Navigate to the Hand History request area on desktop/computer

In the Poker Lobby, click the Settings/cog icon next to your avatar in the top-right area:

Then, select “Hand History” in the Poker Settings menu:

In the Poker Lobby, menu icon next the game-type options:

Then, select “Poker Settings” in the Poker menu:


 


 

 

Then, select “Hand History” in the Poker Settings menu:

 


 

 

Request Hand History Files

Once in the “Hand History” area:

 

  • Select the game-type of the hand/s that you would like to request;
  • Select a Date Range or Hand Count;

 

 

Please note that you may only request:

 

  • If “Date Range” is selected: a date range no longer than 30 days, per request;
  • If “Hand Count” is selected: no more than 1000 hands, per request.

 

Please also note that you may make 3 requests within any 24 hour period.

 

Files are sent to your registered email address

 

Hand History files requested are sent to your registered email address after a short period.

 

Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folders if you do not see the email in your regular inbox.
