How do I find game rules? (PA, PASH)

To search the game rules for a game from a different provider, please log in to your BetRivers/PlaySugarHouse account on your desktop or mobile web browser, launch the game, and open the game help pages. Search can be performed once the game help pages are opened by using your device search functionality, as described below.


On Desktop: Simply use Ctrl + F (on Windows) or Command + F (on Mac). You will see a small text box up in the upper right portion of your screen where you can type what you are seeking. Any matches will be listed and highlighted in yellow.


On iOS: Follow the steps listed here.


On Android: Follow this procedure:

1. On your Android device, open the Chrome app.
2. Open the page you want to search in.
3. Tap 'More'. 'Find in Page'.
4. Enter your search term.
5. Tap search


Scientific (iOS):
To access the Scientific game rules on iOS mobile devices after launching the game, select the gear/cog icon that is typically located in the top-right corner of Scientific games. Selecting this gear/cog icon will expand the menu to show three new buttons. Once the menu is expanded, you’ll want to select the icon that resembles a question mark, and this will open the full game rules that you can scroll through by using the left and right arrow icons.

Scientific (Desktop):
To access the Scientific game rules on a desktop computer after launching the game, select the gear/cog icon that is typically located in the top-right corner of Scientific games. Selecting this gear/cog icon will expand the menu to show three new buttons. Once the menu is expanded, you’ll want to select the icon that resembles a question mark, and this will open the full game rules that you can scroll through by using the left and right arrow icons.



IGT (iOS):
To access the IGT game rules on iOS mobile devices after launching the game, you’ll first click the grey button with blue arrows near the top-right corner of your screen. This will expand a menu with a few options, and from those options, you’ll select “Game Rules” to access the full Rules page.



IGT (Desktop):
To access the IGT game rules on a desktop computer after launching the game, simply select the blue “Game Rules” button, typically located at the top of your screen.



AGS (iOS):
To access the AGS game rules on iOS mobile devices after launching the game, first select the black “Menu” button. This will open the game’s menu, and from there, clicking the “Help” button will open the full game rules.



AGS (Desktop):
To access the AGS game rules on a desktop computer after launching the game, first select the black “Menu” button in the bottom-left corner of the game screen. This will open the game’s menu, and from there, you will select the “Help” button to open the full game rules.



Red Tiger (Desktop):
To access the Red Tiger game rules on a desktop computer after launching the game, first open the game menu by selecting the button in the top right corner that resembles a hamburger/three horizontal lines. Clicking this button will open the game menu, where we can then choose the “Help” button. After selecting the “Help” option, a text box will pop up detailing the game rules.



DGC (Desktop):
To access the DGC game rules on a desktop computer after launching the game, you’ll want to locate the button that resembles a question mark. DGC uses unique menus in each of their games, so some games will have the question mark button listed right on your screen when you first enter the game. In contrast, others will have a button that resembles a Hamburger/three horizontal lines that you can click to expand, and then from there, you can choose the question mark button to open the game rules.  



Lightning (iOS):
To access the Lightning game rules on iOS mobile devices after launching the game, first select the game’s “menu” button that resembles a hamburger/three horizonal lines. After opening the game’s menu, most Lightning games will go straight to the game rules. If not, simply select the “i” button from the menu to access the game rules.



Lightning (Desktop):
To access the Lightning game rules on a desktop computer after launching the game, first, open the game’s menu. The menu icon’s appearance varies across Lightning games, but it will typically look like either a hamburger/three horizontal lines or a gear/cog icon. Clicking the menu icon will then open the game’s menu and display a few different options. From there, you’ll want to select the “i” icon, and this will open the full game rules.
